World Stealth Ships

I've found info about Pakistan wanting to Purchase Ukrainian Made stealth Frigate called Mirage.

Don' t get me wrong, I think it would be great of the US Navy had an active fleet of stealth ships at it's disposal. Personally, I like the way the Sea Shadow looks, it. was a mavel of technology on the part of Lockheed and the US Navy. However all of my sources( the book Skunk Works, and the FAS Sea Shadow Website, say there is only 1 Sea Shadow stealth ship.

Sea Shadow was only a technology demonstrator to show that stealth ships are possible. It was unarmed, and the only one that was built.

Due to its shape, the Sea Shadow's interior is actually rather small and cramped compared to the size of the ship. What would you suggest that it was used for if it was more than a technology demonstrator?
