within the first few seconds it looked like anti aircraft fire. Then I noticed they were in the same spot with no sound.

Its always funny to see a "UFO" video where the camera operator never stops moving the point of view.

The line of 'strobes' are are all the same same linear line. Sure its a UFO,(s) BUT certainly from mother Earth's inhabitants.

The Zurich videos looks like airborne particles (of something) interacting
with Solar Radiation. We are in an elevated period of sunspot activity.

The Italy video looks like a large UFO Saucer shaped helium balloon
in movements and texture. Why are 99% of the daytime UFO
videos less than a minute in length!?

Did anyone notice the change in the first video clip at around 16-17 secs and then the lights started showing.
camera malfunction

would also like to see the place in daylight.

I was sketch about this footage when I first watched it.

Then I watched it hitting play and pause repeatedly and will say that those are not blinking lights.

Those 'lights' are each individual objects and light up when they first move and when the come to a stop. The dots are actually jumping around.

The jumping effect is so rapid it gives the appearance of more units than there actually are. An artificial army with a small number of ships.

I noticed how he was perving out on the chick at the bus stop and then pans up. Could be a splice in the footage. Could be a static glitch from the energy those lights are putting out. Who knows. I wish he had panned back down to give a point of time and continuity reference.

He does say 'What the hell is that? What the F# is that?' I try to listen to the background audio in videos, there are horns beeping. I wonder if they were beeping at traffic or the lights.

Is there a mountain that is in synch with the direction with the lights? It reminds of lights alongside a skyslope, but they don't twinkle like that

Looks like a huge UFO formation to me.

Tried a quick search for local news from the area of that event but I came up with nothing. Besides I dont speake German. I might leave him a message on the youtube comments board.

It most certainly is a "huge UFO formation", because none of us KNOW for a fact what these are which leaves them as UNIDENTIFIED, nothing more nothing less.

Having said that, my opinion based on speculation, is that these are balloons with leds in them being released from the ground to the left in the vid and they are slowly drifting to the right and gaining altitude as they drift away.

Why some one would do that is beyond me, maybe its a toy or maybe someone is just wanting to see if their little evening entertainement can stir the media and UFO peeps into a frenzy. Ya got a hundred bucks laying around, why not? Hey, its a big party here on the Blue Marble so anything goes.

Now that Milano video is cherry IMO. Just wish the damn thing was longer. What is it with these 20 sec vids? Everyone filming these things at the end of their recorders capacities or does the object simply do something very terrestrial and that portion of the tape would boink the UFOness of it? What little we see of it looks nice anyhow.....could be a homebrew toy of some kind or a galactic scout drone from Zippity Do Da
- need more data.

And no one did, this is after all called a UFO which stands for Unidentified Flying Object.

Not sure about the first three, but my take on the Milano video is that somebody had a modified radio-controlled flying toy, helicopter maybe, and didn't know how to fly it steady. When the camera operator zooms in at :07 it doesn't really look that big in relation to the parking lot light. As for the object crossing at :29, I'm thinking a small bird, and if that's the case, that would be a good scaling point for th"UFO."

This is all based on me hitting the pause button repeatedly while watching it in full screen.

Ok this is how cheap the led for ballon lights are.

Let's have a party.

codwholesale.com...

All kinds of colors, but notice this site says currently available in blinking mode only.

I think the first three video's are definetly balloons with led's in them, just like posted in the beginning of the post.
Now the daylight video in Milano, that one's really interesting.

Notice in the end - where they start to disappear - The flashes become faster. More rapid - pulsating faster - and then "fade out".

Does these ballons have the ability to measure height - So they flash faster just before they would blow up?

Do I need to make a Gif animation to show what I mean?
Or can you see it yourself?

Yeah, it looks like they resemble triangles, if you notice, they kind of rotate too, or so it looks like to me. Imagine a tri-angular baloon..... the part of the baloon with the most gas (lets say helium), will be at the highest part of the baloon.....

It wouldn't rotate if looking at it from that angle.

I don't see them flickering faster at the end.
I do wonder because it is downtown. Is there a big building there that we don't see. Just wondering. They seem to disappear around the same area. Just my opinion.

Your kinda right solarskype - Not all of them does that..

Anyway try turn of the sound - I see they blink very fast..
So fast if they blinked faster they would not look like blinks.

nevermind.. impossible to explain..
nice video.

with no dark calibration footage, this is meaningless. It could easily be a defect in his camera. He's so far failed to respond to the question of whether these blips were visible to the naked eye, and has so far failed to post any dark (lens cap on) footage. Until he does that, this is evidence of nothing.

They look like some sort of decoration such as 'fairy lights' or 'christmas lights' to me, strung out a few meters from where the person films from. I don't see any movement, just the flickering on and off.

We need a daylight shot from the same balcony so we can see what the blackness is hiding.

I like the last one, the daytime one. If it's real it is a very cool find!

The night time fleet vids are interesting...it made me think of some attempt to communicate by the way the flashing looks. Morse code...binary? very odd.
Good thread

I have to say that the above occurred to me when I was watching the third clip.

If they are balloons, why did they rise up to a certain height and then stop? They certainly aren't rising in the video. They don't appear to move at all. Also, wouldn't the LEDs illuminate the bottom of the balloon? That's verifiable by getting hold of one of these balloons and filming it at night.

As for the "camera malfunction" hypotheses, the positions are static in relation to the street, not the camera. They leave trails early on in the first clip when he rapidly moves the camera. In the second clip he attempts to zoom in. The camera may have done better given longer, but you could see the autofocus "hunting" briefly, making the lights blurred, before zooming out again. There is no way pixels behave like that, the resolution of which couldn't change.

I was wondering if they could be part of the same object. Defining an edge of something much larger?

The Italian one is very interesting. The tilting didn't look like something an RC craft could do to me. Can someone speculate as to how such a thing could do that? The distance haze, where the shadows become lighter with distance due to atmospheric light diffusion, also suggests a large object at a considerable distance. If its fake its more convincing than certain parts of Independence Day. Good find.
