Homeland Security Office Existed Prior To 9/11 w/Video

(PrisonPlanet)-This video is taken from a report on Fox News that was made within hours of the 9/11 attacks. The person reporting is current White House Press Secretary Tony Snow, who was Fox news personality on 9/11/01. The report states, ironically enough, that two offices that were in the Pentagon section that was hit were related to terrorism. One was the "New office of Homeland Defense" and another office that deals with fighting limited wars against terrorism. Amazing Coincidence.

Ah, the tangled web we weave. And here we thought the administration wasn't on the ball. See, they knew this was what the future would call for.

Interesting take. I'd heard that around, about counter-terrorism center being hit at the Pentagon. Got hit personally and needed to be rebuilt - and all files lost in the fire!
But this is the Department of Homeland Defense, not sure the relation is there for DHS. Different purview.
BUT the DHS was set up before 9/11. Here's how:
Homeland security was the name of the agency advocated by the Hart-Ruddman Commission just as Bush came to power - it was eclipsed by an unnamed "effort" to prevent terrorist WMD attacks, tasked to Cheney on May 8 2001. He hired staff, and they got to work on research and recommendation, and got their office space in the White House on Sept. 10. Their work became the core of the Homeland Security Daprtment, Cheney's top deputy Steven Abbot becoming Deputy Director beneath Ridge. It was first the Office of Homeland security, HQ in the White House, then graduated to department with its own base.

No more comments? Was this interesting when unsubstantiated but boring once we see how DHS really WAS set up before 9/11? (nothing personal BlackFox).
Coincidence theorists: We had DHS, Patriot Act, Afghan war, Iraq war all et up before 9/11. After 9/11 (and the still unsolved Anthrax attack) they all made sense and were given the green light. This is all okay with you?

It was "for our own good". They know what's best. Classic CIA m.o. and elitist mentality. PNAC reads reads like a prophecy come true. This just adds to it.

Caustic, it is not that this is boring, but that it is so blatant. To be treated as such idiots leaves one in a state of such profound disgust that it takes time to even gather one's anger.

Sure it was all in place prior to 9/11. That is how governments work. Before you need something, prepare to have the tools near to hand. The magician works by illusion and misdirection, and only once in a while does he let slip the peek of something up his sleeve.

But all along you knew, deep in your heart of hearts, that it was just a show, and that there was no substance to what was acted out on this stage. This is another slip, of many, that is slowly awakening the American audience to the farce that was billed as "By the people, and for the people".

Soon enough the curtain will come down and the people will want a refund.
Then it will be time to pay the piper.
