How many more times does this have to happen before you people see the complete stupidity of war FOR ANY REASON?

How much more blood of the innocent must be shed before the ignorant wake up and understand the realities of WAR?

HOW MANY MORE LIVES MUST BE SNUFFED OUT, BEFORE YOU IDIOTS WHO SUPPORT WHATS HAPPENING IN THE MIDDLE EAST, AND THINK ITS PROTECTING YOU WHEN ITS NOT, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO STAND UP AND DEMAND THAT THIS WAR BE ENDED??

This is so sickening, I cant stand it. And to see people on the news, trying to somehow downplay this, is sickening. To see otherwise intelligent people trying to justify these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, on grounds of "collateral damage" makes my soul cry out!

How can one in their right mind, balanced with God, possibly condone the taking of a childs life, for any reason?

"Well this is war man, its a dirt job, but somebodys gotta do it! Somebodys gotta have the courage to do it! Yea, innocent people die, yea our president lies, yes this war is a fraud, but hey we fighting terrorists!" THIS IS DISCUSTING! YOURE NOT BRAVE! YOU PEOPLE BELONG IN JAIL!

Im sorry if Im displaying my emotions on my sleeve here, but we need to start getting angry about this, I mean this happens every single day of the week, and its gotta stop, somebodys gotta be brave enough to demand these atrocities to stop.

What if it was you? What if the Iraqis were here bombing and killing us? What if they were killing your brothers and uncles and cousins, and raping your woman, and bombing your children, and breaking into your house with raids, pointing guns in your face? What would you do?

I tell you what I do...Id join the nearest Resistance group, and fight for my honour, and fight the occupation of my country! Thats what Iraqis are doing! The Resistance is NOT an insurgency! The Insurgency IS NOT AL QUEDA! GET IT STRAIGHT, AND GET OUT OF THE MIDDLE EAST!

I'd say.
To the Extremist Iraqi's, Iranians, Al Queda members etc..

"Put on a uniform, and stop hiding amongst the innocent".

Things would be over in short order.

But that's not how it is, or ever will be.

I guess we could also say. "Let's pull out, and you all can resume killing one another. We'll come back when there is a clear winner."

That's not going to happen either.

The average Iraqi probably doesn't want to join ANYTHING..Other than his family, for dinner.

The more Vocal, and militant people from various factions are keeping this whole tit-for-tat thing alive. I blame them. It's their fault.

If THEY pull out..There would be many, many more winners.

Hiding amongst the innocent, you have to be kidding. You think there was Al Queda terrorist in those schools? Read the article, the chopper was shot at earlier in the day, and decided to hit the school in retaliation.

Its like when you fools go and rape a young Iraqi girl, and her brother in a rage goes and kills an American GI. Then you hear on the news, "Insurgents kill GI in Iraq" No, it was the brother of the little girl you just raped, what do you expect him to do...this is just one example okay. You kill innocent people every single day, what do you expect the Iraqis to do?? Bow down to you and worship you as saviors??

Stop buying into the propaganda okay, seriously, Im sick of it!

What is your definition of a extremist? An insurgent? Anyone who fights against the occupation?

One police officer said the helicopter was shot at from the ground during the morning.

The school was said to have been hit when the aircraft returned fire.

The officer said police had spoken to eyewitnesses and that six children had been killed and six injured but the figures have not been independently confirmed.

This is what I am getting from the article. Helo shot at from the ground, helo returns fire. Hmm......

Why not? At the start of the war in Iraq, the coalition forces unearthed
HUGE stockpiles of weapons and explosives .. all out of schools and
under school yards. The Islamic terrorists do not care about children

Wrong. There are time when war is an absolute necessity. There ARE
reasons why people have to go to war sometimes. (remember Hitler
and WWII?) A blanket statement that war isn't ever the right thing to

The Resistance is NOT an insurgency!

In YOUR words - wake up. There is NO resistance. If it were a resistance then they wouldn't be murdering their own people or blowing up children, etc etc. The insurgency is causing the coalition to have to stay in Iraq. If there was no insurgency, we could leave. The insurgents are murdering terrorists .. not freedom fighters.

That's the truth. Deal with it.

Its war...things like this are going to happen. It doenst mean it doesnt suck, it just means things like this have happened in the past and will happen in the future. With the US's smart weapons we have eliminated as much collateral damage as possible compared to what other militaries use and compared to what has happened in the past. Unfortunately incidences such as this are still going to happen.
