I'm not a huge Slipknot fan just because I never really got into them but that doesn't mean that i dont have Duality as the first song on my workout playlist.. =)

Metal is metal to me and they fit the bill if I would have ever had kids I wished they would have grown up on Slipknot 100% of the time.

Yah that has to be a tough spot when someone you love loses the battle with sobriety.
