PSP Help

for the last couple of days ive been trying to since songs onto my PSP but i can't get anything on it and as always im wondering if some one can help me out with this

im running on Vista i think that might be the problem but im not sure

When i do try to copy and past on the PSP i get this mesage:
This is no longer located in C:\users\(my name)\music.Verify the iteems's location and try again.

but i've already checked abunch of times and everything checks out.

so if anyone can help me i would be in your debt for a long time

One, Vista will try to prevent your coping of copwritted info-in your case songs.

Two, Songs probaly need to be in a specific "apple/mac" format.
