What if these underground bunkers are used to create man made ufo's that have been spotted around the world. They are there to create the illusion of a outside threat that will unite the world against this fake alien threat. Then the nwo will have their one world government finally.

here's where Hollywood comes in, they've been known to foreshadow in movies what will happen. Remember Independence Day. The World uniting against an alien threat. Well htere u go!! Alien shaped aircraft that uses hover technology creating chaos in the world, that will be broadcasts via the lieing media, then America will save the day and the nation's will create one world government. Then some will accept the new master, while other's will not believe the lie and go against the new world order.
