International Immunity and the ICC

It is well known that the th eUS gets away with alot of stuff in terms of the International Criminal Court. I am curious who else is immune from the ICC power or get off alot because of its power. Also if anyone one has any cases documented where a country violates teh law and the ICC is unable to enforce the law.
