Does anyone know where I can find a proxy?

I want to log into a site but they keep on banning me even though I agree to the T&C of that site. So, I think I am IP banned from there. Can someone give me the link to a proxy program which I could use to access the site? It's not like I want them to know what my IP address is, anyways.

Is this in regards to the site you've complained about treating you unfairly?

"access via proxy" would seem a means to "manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin"

Do what you must ... OR, simply walk away. (?)
