Mexican Truckers, Tech Jobs To India

As a truck driver, I don't relish the idea of losing my job to Mexicans any more then the next guy but I do see the inevitable.
"these jobs are going boys and they ain't coming back To your hometown"
My question is not how to stop it, I don't think we can. My question is: How can we best prepare for what is coming? I bet the Native Americans felt this way once which is kind of ironic because the vast majority of Mexicans are from Native American decent.
