DIY shake light

I usually get beat up when I do this but ow well here it goes anyway. I was browsing my second favorite site and came across instructions on how to make a shake light. I feel making your own gear is a good thing to do when ever possible I know some of you do to. So for those of you who do please enjoy. for those who dont please feel free to tell me why.
