Well, I don't know if that particular picture is real, my initial thought was that it was but anyway... Here is a picture of an F-15E with a very
similar load out (cannot tell if it has a centerline tank)...
And here is one with the same load out but with a GBU-10 Paveway II instead of a centerline tank.

Thanks for toreishi's contribution. My friend argued this picture you posted still is model, because the gap of ground is too large compare with that
F-15I. So that's why I need that completed full loading F-15I fly! Or another pictures, or some one can prove that isn't a model.
If it was a model it would have to be a really intricate one(near-lifesize that too) because you can clearly see the HUD reflector on the inside of
the a/c..
So real it is!!
However the exhaust nozzles DO look a little close to each other and the horizontal tail fins look minsicule too!
I found some other arguments on this same photo on other message boards. Someone said they had seen the same photo in a book, and that it was real,
so maybe it is.
But what looks off to me is the depth of field, and also I do not see any pitot tubes on the side of it and it just looks too clean.
