UFOs on a Mt. near a Military Base Video

Found this on the old youtube. I never saw it before so I thought I'd post.

Hi,

Looks to me like two cars zig zagging down a mountain track, you can see their headlights get brighter when the cars turn the tight corners towards the Camera.

Not sure about the one in the sky though, can only think it's a flare. Possibly some sort of exercise (Cars are going pretty fast)

Interesting vid but I don't think it's anything out of the ordinary in my opinion.
