Thats what it looks like! What is this site for? The only information on the front page is nowhere.org and thats it!
anybody have a clue?

That site is weird. How does one become a member. What are members a group of? I tried using a usernames and passwords as Guest and Visitor just to see if I could get in, didn't work. Who knows. Maybe an IP check would reveal more, but I'm not that techno savy.
