Does anyone know why would my prayers always come true. I mean it, every single one ever since I got confirmed. No bragging here, I just wonder why would all of mine come true and not other people who are in need more than I am. Could this mean anything? I consider myself to be a good person, obeys all the Ten Commandments except one which is the church one. I'm honest and I forgive everyone for their acts like instantly after they are commited. Could that contribute to it?

It must be that you believe whole-heartedly!

Pray that the blindness be lifted and we'll just see about that.

it could be that they don't come true and that there is a series of coincidences that makes you seem that prayer is real.

think about it this way: let's say i tell you that if you have faith in and pray to this jug of milk, it will grant your prayers. you pray for $500. now 3 things could happen.

1: you receive a check in the mail from the IRS the next day. clearly the jug of milk did absolutely nothing here, but it is for exactly $500.

2: you get a small cost of living raise in a few months that totals up to $500. sure, it took the jug a while but you got your money. in reality, you would have received this raise anyway. again, the jug did nothing.

3: nothing happens, but i just keep telling you that the jug works in mysterious ways and that you will need to be patient, keep faith, and wait.

It's more likely that they come true because that's what God wants you to pray for.

I pray for different things than most people pray for.

Could you then, pray for world peace, an end to poverty, also pray for the renewal of our environment? Oh I have got such a list...I will have to take some time to compile it, but perhaps that will be a start.

Be back later with a list, cos if your all your prayers are being answered, then hopefully your praying for these things?

You are rejecting what is probably one of the best things that can happen to a guy. This girl obviously likes you alot, don't blow her off because you may hate yourself for the rest of your life. The things in the discription you gave of what is the whore of Babylon didn't exist at the time when that was written in the bible. I seriously doubt the real whore of Babylon will be interested in one person, she is supposed to be a whore who "does" all guys and they fall victim to her beauty. She isn't supposed to only do it with one guy, and she isn't supposed to exist yet according to the Bible Revelations - it's just too early. I suggest you read the Bible Revelations found here.
In that you will find that this girl cannot be the whore of Babylon. She is supposed to have a high position of some sort.

THAT is more likely? actually, it's more likely that not a single one of your prayers just drifted off into the void because nothing heard them, then something happened and you attributed it to something answering your prayers

I pray for different things than most people pray for.

that doesn't make a difference

God reserves the test of abandonment for those S/He loves most.

Yes it does

I'm referring to people who pray for things that would make noticeable changes with what happens here on Earth. For example, praying to make someone who's sick and on the inevitable path to death (not always known at the time) better. You have to be smart, God doesn't answer prayers which would force him to his greater powers. I pray free of greed, lust, anger, jealousy, and everything else what the Bible says is bad.

If you don't buy that, we can just say that God loves me better than everyone else.

I may have missed it, but just what is it you pray for?

If your prayers are that effectivee, i suggest you dedicate a few days to praying on the state of this messed up world we live in. I'm counting on you.

I forgot to add, if your prayers always come true, say a prayer for me.

Ask that I will get everything I need.

You know, when you prayer for others you pray for yourself.

All I can say is that God only gives you what you need, and if you truly deserve it and also if it can work without him interfering with what happens. For example, he can't liberate a Jew from a concentration camp in Germany if the Allies aren't even in Europe yet, but if one continues praying and he/she still has faith in God, then he/she may survive.

I wouldn't pray for something like that because it's too big.

So what exactly do you pray for??? Something that might just as easily happen on its own perhaps?

You wont pray for world peace because its too big?? What!""%?@
Whats too big about it? Dont you think, you might not pray for peace because you know deep down that it will never happen and you wouldnt like to be proven wrong. Because if a deity fulfills your wishes then yes I would be going for all the big things.

Seems more like coincidental attribution to me.
