Is anyone experiencing lesions that will not heal, possibly with geometric characteristics?

Well, if you mean circular; I have had those before. But lesions that are polygonal are unheard of. Why? Do you have geometric lesions or are you getting onto something else?

Perfect circular rings within them and granules laid out geometrically.

not circular but i keep geting smal little papercut like lesions on my fingers...i hardly handle paper so i know its not actual papercuts. today i was thinking about it actually and i came to the conclusion i wash my hands way too much that it dries the skin out and they become more prone to cracking/little cuts..gross!

Circular with granules could be ringworm.

Did they start as a pimple or pustule, then spread into a circular shape?

I'd Google image results for ringworm and see if that doesn't match what you're seeing. And call your doctor. Lesions are not good, and should not go untreated.

[on edit:]

Forgot one other thing it could be:

Impetigo

Again, see your doctor.
