Smell !?!?!

Wierdest thing happend to me this morning I went outside to walk my dog like I do every morning. Yet, this morning there was a certain "STINCH" in the air. Smelled like I was in a ditch putting in a Field Line Septic System. Yet, I was just outside my apartment complex. So I thought nothing of it maybe a busted line or something. I get to work get the office opened and my co-worker finally arrives and first thing she says is "What is that smell outside ?"

She lives about 10 minutes south of me towards Houston from Lufkin.





Does anyone know anything about a spill or something that may have caused such a "FOUL SMELL" for miles upon miles at a time ??
