While saying she didn’t know what to believe about the U.S. government’s involvement in the attacks of Sept. 11, she said, “I do believe that it’s the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel. I do believe that it defies physics that World Trade Center tower 7—building 7, which collapsed in on itself—it is impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved. World Trade Center 7.
The widely accepted account that hijackers commandeered and crashed the four 9/11 planes is supported by reams of evidence, from cockpit recordings to forensics to the fact that crews and passengers never returned home.
Where's The Pod?
No fighter jets were scrambled from any of the 28 Air Force bases within close range of the four hijacked flights.
On Sept. 11, FOX News broadcast a live phone interview with FOX employee...
When the Air Force 'scrambles' a fighter plane to intercept, they usually reach the plane in question in minutes."
The collapse of both World Trade Center towers--and the smaller WTC 7 a few hours later--initially surprised even some experts. But subsequent studies have shown that the WTC's structural integrity was destroyed by intense fire as well as the severe damage inflicted by the planes.
Following up on a May 2002 preliminary report by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a major study will be released in spring 2005 by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a branch of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Jet fuel burns at 800° to 1500°F, not hot enough to melt steel (2750°F). However, experts agree that for the towers to collapse, their steel frames didn't need to melt, they just had to lose some of their structural strength--and that required exposure to much less heat.
Once each tower began to collapse, the weight of all the floors above the collapsed zone bore down with pulverizing force on the highest intact floor. Unable to absorb the massive energy, that floor would fail, transmitting the forces to the floor below, allowing the collapse to progress downward through the building in a chain reaction.

Do a favor to yourself...read something about materials science especialy about creep (deformation),than about trusses and how multiple-story buildings are build, and than maybe you'll understand why all those Einsteins are trying to mess with your brain using that terrible thing logic

I've worked with steel for much of my life. I suggest that you take your own advise and do some research. You're riding on a slippery slope to nowhere..... or perhaps you are a shill who ignores the most basic principles of physics in exchange for a dirty paycheck.

I gotta say I glad Rosie got a ball rolling here. A solid but expected response. I'm very interested to see the NIST's report on WTC 7 that was mentioned coming out soon. Especially since they are putting in a section specifically for the CT's.
