Bulgaria,Plovidv,Ufo,old

well this happen before maybe 7-8 years when i was kid but still gotta share right?im happy that im from the lucky people that were able to see a ufo for them selfs on the sky.
so it was night maybe 20-21 o'clock i dont know how we saw it,we live in a high building(17 floors) im on the 16 floor and i saw it.
next to our building there is even taller hotel and above it i saw this orange more like a diskular glowing object.now it was not so close maybe kilometers away but it was just above the hotel.
it was maybe moving alittle to the sides and it was changing his color from orange to red/oragne/red then it stayed there for a while then it suddenly started moving aliitle to left/right and it got smaller and smaller for like 1-2 secs and dissapeared....DAMN why i didnt get the camera in time
also i know one time at 3 AM there was a BIG *** orange BALL on top of other hotel in the center of the city.it was big like the whole hotel.but i didnt get to see it only heard of
