Texas signs new self-defense by gun law

DALLAS (Reuters) - Criminals in Texas beware: if you threaten someone in their car or office, the citizens of this state where guns are ubiquitous have the right to shoot you dead.

Its about time.A law recently passed like this in Florida and it was well overdue. I think it is so stupid that a criminal could break in your home and you shoot him and get sued. I don't see how any court would even uphold a criminals law suit against someone that shot him for breaking in their home
