The Federal Reserve's actions before 9/11

Little surprised someone here hasnt posted a link to the reports of Fed actions showing prior knoledge of 9/11.

I dont recall where I read it, but someone had done a decent job recently of showing the Fed making moves that proved they were well aware of the attack coming.

Anyone see that article ? Its very recent and included details about money supply, rates, etc
