project stiletto- Distributed Adaptive Operations
Stiletto demonstrates the use of surrogates in the experimentation process to rapidly acquire, deploy, and employ capabilities in todays uncertin
security enviroment.
DESCRIPTION
Stiletto is an 80 by 40 foot wave piercing hull built entirely of carbon fiber. Its "M-Hull" shape is designed to channel the energy that is
normally produced as wake in a V-Hull craft up under the craft into tunnels created by the M shape hull form.
The energy normally lost to an inverted V-Shape wake is now channeled into the tunnels under the craft which produces hydrodynamic lift as it makes
its way through the water.
