Just browsing through YouTube I came across this video:
I think that with a bit of work, maybe a self-rechargable energy source, and integrated CPU, this could be of great benefit for blind people. What do
you guys think?
It will make it easier for blind people to find their way around, especially if they had some kind of voice recognition (not Vista's though) to input
new locations..
obviously, they will still need the cane to avoid obstacles and the such, but at walking speed the GPS should be able to be fine enough to be able to
tell them when they're approaching the road etc. too...
