how do i turn this off?

how do i turn this script thing off so i dont always have to enable and refresh the page just to use scripts on that page

What browser are you using, or does it happen in any browser you use?

IE7 and it happens on all sites

firefox is to slow for my likings
and this problem doesnt happen with firefox just IE

One warning about permenantly enabling things in Internet Explorer...
Internet explorer is horrible for security flaws... I don't care what garbage microsoft feeds you about improved security, its still horrible. So be careful where you go once you've changed your security settings.
