Men Claim Immunity From U.S. Laws

www.trentonian.com

Four men claiming diplomatic immunity as members of a "indigenous nation" that includes people from "the so-called planet Earth" and other planets such as Mars and Venus have been arrested and called frauds this week by Trenton police.

The four claim to be part of Abannaki Indigenous Nation, over which the U.S. has no authority, police said.

The group’s Web site links to the Universal Zulu Nation, which denounces the U.S. as a slave state (see sidebar).

On the surface this story looks like it is just a bunch of weirdos, but do not let that fool you. You have to read the whole story and at the end or very near to it you will find this is a group of Muslim men who have been under observation for a while. They allegedly also have been caught in cars with phony government plates.

Police also they towed a car with phony diplomatic license plates from where it was parked at Anderson and Hewitt streets.
...
Police told The Trentonian that the Muslim group first appeared in Philadelphia. Members were first recognized in Mercer County seven months ago, and authorities have had their eyes on them ever since.

Please visit the link provided for the complete story.

Source for the above is the same as the original article.

Sure is a good thing they found out about the group sooner then later.

ROFLMAO :

it goes without saying that any claim of diplomatic immunity first requires a bilateral treaty of diplomatic relations

i am unsure just how the US handles it , but here [ the UK ] the ambassador of a forign power must present his credentials to the court of st james , and most vitally , have them accepted

i assume the US state dept has a similar requirement .

if a " host " nation refuses to recognise or accept a diplomats credentials then any claims to diplomatic status are simply bovine excremental biomass

so can our " diplomats " cite the treaty in which the US formally recognises thier " nation "

i suspect not

The group in question cannot be found using the spelling used in the article but I did find an American and First Nation Canadians that go by a name, that is very close in spelling [Abenaki]

en.wikipedia.org...

That would indicate they are claiming to be Native American or First Nation canadians rather then a foreign state although the original article did mention Zulu but I can find nothing to back that claim up.
