Hmmm I don't have an Ipod because its over priced! I have a Sandisk and I love it!

What on it? mmm lil bit of every thing. Listening to some old school Blink right now.. because im cool like that! New rock and such just isnt the same as it used to be if you ask me!

I despise rap/hip hop/pop/R&B .. I love country!!! and rock, punk rock "emo" what ever the hell that actually is.. and classical when I read, which is alot.

I love sitting in the garden on a hot summers day with my dogs, my Bro, a few beers and listening to "Summer Time" by Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince.........I know its cheezy but it takes me back a few years!!!

For exercising, I love any type of dance music that gets ya heart pumping, but Im getting to old and can only listen to it for about 20mins now LOL.
I know you practice Aikido, when I used to train I loved having Japanese flute music playing in the background, gets ya Ki flowing before you even get on the mat.
