Mike Richards, Krammer, racist!?

Did anyone see that whole Mike Richards thing? Whats with him? I got some pretty weird input on this, some say that it was years of prejudis being let out on some hecklers, some say that it was just him acting under preassure.
I like him, hes awesome on Sienfeld, but what the hell happend?
I want to see what other peoples thoughts on this.

I am aware that it happend awhile ago, a long while ago, i just keep hearing it come up around because me and my friends have been talking about seinfeld, and the one thing leads to another and were back on that subject.

I just wanted to see what others thought.
