help with telekinesis

I looked into it and found some directions on how to make a exercise jar. You have a thread hanging from the jar lid and on the other end you glued the thread to a match stick with a needle in it. Your supposed to put your hands around the jar and make it move. I never could make it move.

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me out with telekinesis i have been trying to do it for the past month and i know that isn't enough but i havven't seen anything and was wondering if anyone could help
