help with telekinesis

i believe telekinisis to be an ability rather than a spiritual influence. that being said i believe that there is a specific technique to doing this. i would like to hear what other telekinetics have to say on how they practice telekinises so that i may try to emulate their technique. i have been trying to master this ability for many months and any posts or suggestions are greatly appriciated.

Well, I believe the best way to practice is to use a Psi-Wheel. You can find out the construction of this at www.psipog.net This will help you alot if you haven't already been using it. I used to have a video of my brother and I moving the piece of paper on the psi-wheel. It freaked me out but was interesting as well. I hope I could help. Also, it seems to work better if u also channel with 2 or more people.

i just started on this website today. for a few weeks now i have become increasingly interested in the mind, and the portions of it we fail to use, simply because of lack of knowing (or believing) we can do it. im currently trying to start from the basics with the whole psi-wheel stuff on telekinesis, and since you've been looking already any pointers from you (or anyone else who reads this, please) would be greatly appreciated.

If you intend to use a psi-wheel for practice then you should make sure you use it in a controlled enviroment.

The wheel itself is very tiny and responds to breath and air flow that you may not be aware of. The very best way to achieve this 'controlled eniroment' is to simply place it under and upturned glass which rests on a perfectly flat surface (if it it not flat and there is some air flow it may get in through the uneven surface and move the wheel).

If you want to make sure that no air is getting in then put the wheel under it and blow hard at the bottom of the glass (where its rim meets the surface). If after going around the entire glass the wheel does not move once then you can be pretty sure that only your 'ability' is moving the wheel.

in addition, make sure you try both 'making' the wheel move and 'imagining' it moving. I've heard stories of people who have no success with either technique, but suddenly find it working when they try the opposite.

well if you breath on it or if air blows on it you will know because it wobbles like crazy, but when moving it with your mind it just moves

It is still best to do it within an enviroment which can not be affected by air flow of any kind (within a glass over turned on a flat surface).

Allows for a more 'definitive' type of result, wouldn't you think?

im not trying to disprove telekinesis because i too believe in it but did you know that the heat from your hands can move the psi wheel too so putting it underglass is probably the best way to go to make sure your not cheating yourself

I have a few techniques that may help for i am telekinetic myself, which most of you may not believe. i've been rather skilled at it for about 3 years now, first; you light a candle (any candle will do) you concentrate on the base of the flame. imagine it straight, dancing, raging, whatever comes to mind first. you have to think about it with your inner-most thoughts, not open thoughts that you think to yourself everyday. if the flame doesn't help, trying minipulating already moving objects such as a lava lamp, a flag, anything. it will take time, believe me, but it works. after that, gradually move to less moving objects, then bigger objects. after a year or so, it will be more of a hobby than a practice.

I find the best results when I am in a daydream state and not focused at all on the desired effect. I only have to decide in my mind what it is that I want to occur (like spin the pinwheel in whichever direction or deflecting/vibrating a hanging strip of aluminium foil in various directions).

I don't really have to daydream about anything in particular, just as long as I loose focus on what is going on around me and I am entirely engrossed in my own thoughts. Soon whatever I decided I wanted to occur will catch my attention and pull me back into reality. Controlling this to a finer degree is something I will have to work on.

I suppose the daydream state is in the low Alpha range, 8-12HZ maybe. Perhaps this is the state of thought radiation which allows for the greatest effect on the matter around us. Alpha is also in the current Schumann Resonance (around 12HZ now?), so maybe that would have some interaction with the Earth's electromagnetic field. Just some ideas...

I received the best advice from another TK practitioner when I started: DO NOT PLACE YOUR HANDS NEAR IT!

They do not affect the ability at all. If you learn how to do TK by placing your hands near the object you will be stuck with HAVING to place your hands near it to move it. Don't build that association in your mind starting out and you will be better off. TK does not rely on proximity. If you ever want to be able to move something from across the room then keep your hands away.

Clear/quite your mind. Focus on the psiwheel. Intend for it to move in a certain direction. EXPECT it to move in the same way you expect something to happen like the phone ringing when you know someone will call you in the next couple minutes, or like watching a movie that have seen already many times.

Do not strain at it. Keep it all calm. It is not a force that you are exerting that makes it move that you can exert more of to make it move "better". Straining will just give you a headache.

If you don't get it to move after 1/2 to 1 hour then do this trick:
While doing the above reach out with your finger and carefully give it a nudge. Get really excited and say to yourself "I DID IT!! I DID IT WOOOOOT!!!" (You get the idea). Now try moving it again. This may sound very stupid to your conscious mind, but it is your subconscious mind that does the TK. This will help to make it believe that it can. Don't knock it, it works.

The post above mine reminded of the state of mind you want to be in while doing TK. Think back to a time when you were eating food and found yourself staring blankly at the wall etc while chewing. This is how you want to be.

I normally just look at the psi-wheel, and like others have said ind of day dream. It moves really fast.

When I was confident with that I moved onto small objects, like pencils ect.

The hands. Yeah, i wish someone explained to my BEFORE... hehe,
today i see the hands as the little wheels beside the bike when you
are learning how to ride.... psychology is damn thing..

Hey, I am fairly new but extremely interested in this type of practice. Can any of you guys suggest a firm form of meditation to ease my conscience. I feel as though I have to get past the certain stage of self righteousness. I feel to anxious to see results and I feel that is my main and critical problem. I feel too eager and anxious that it often clutters and overwhelms me. Any type of beginner, step one tips would be greatly appreciated.
