Im going away for a while

Most people think marijuana is a harmless drug. Its not.

I can think back of some really close family and friends that have had hell trying to get rid of theyre addiction.

And Ive heard of many cases in which people want help, so they join programs like N.A., and get laughed at. They dont realise how much damage it can really do.

Im having some mental instability, and the marijuana doesn't help.

I find myself sitting in my living room, conteplating suicide. So, im going to hospitalize myself tonight. A place called "3 rivers". Its like a mental health and detox in one.

I would like to request that people pray for me.


I will be doing the same.

That sucks, listen to what I say man, you have got to have a strong mind, believe in yourself.

Wow, thats sad. Noone who needs help and goes and ask for it should get turned away. I'm sorry. However, you are a strong person. I know this cause you admit whats wrong. You can make it through this and anything else that may come your way.

I know that I give a crap..maybe more than A crap..Possibly many craps.

Life gives you bad, and good.
The bad, helps you appreciate the good.

well, im back, and im a changed man.


Not much to say, except I gave up drugs and booze and am now attending NA and AA meetings. Ive changed my life and I couldn't be happier. Thats for the support everyone. You have no idea how much it means to me.

And remember, take it one day at a time. Good advice that has saved many lives.

Cool, I heard those AA meetings help people alot. Keep going and good luck. Remember people will be praying for you.

I just noticed this thread for the first time today. I'm glad to hear that you benefited from where ever you went to stay. I don’t understand depression because I don’t suffer from it, but I know it’s real and people really are haunted with it. Glad to hear things are looking up for you…Drugs can really mess a lot of things up… can’t they?

From what i've experienced, NA and AA meetings are pretty active places for drug "networking", so stay away from those certain individuals who are just there for social prefrences.. And i'm sure there are people who are court ordered to be there.. It's been awhile since you last post on this thread, so i'm hoping you've done good so far.. As far as the depressions goes, that makes two of us.. Contemplation and constant realization can be a b***h.
