I mean, our own justice system only has the precedent of throwing out everything obtained in violation of our constitution, such as not having warrants or interrogating without a lawyer present or any time torture is used.

i've been sending links to debunking sites to "ask ro" for the past couple of weeks and this week she finally stated she had looked at one debunking site but said nothing else. i really, really dislike this woman and wish she would just go away.

I was hoping this was a 'trash Rosie thread'; I really can't stand that obnoxious woman. However, on the subject of Mohammed’s confession; it is most likely not true. The man has been in a ‘patriot act’ prison for years and all of a sudden he confesses. The powers that be needed a news sound bite for some reason or another and this ’confession’ fits in with what ever propaganda machine they have going this time.
