I came across this story by accident, this person killed 2 Capital Hill Officers for apparently getting in his way, to get to a "time-control" device.
A 'RUBY SATELLITE SYSTEM' anyone have more info on this?

I know it seems unreal, that's why I put it in this forum. this link is not working for some reason>????????
