out of range

ok its like this i have windows xp i wanna play a game but it says out of range can anyone help me

maybe it is resolution range??

or file address?

It is telling you you can't run that resolution.

The limiting factors can be vid card or monitor-my bet is on the monitor.

Look up your monitors brand and model and see what the highest refresh rate/resolution your monitor can run and make sure you don't go beyond it.
