This comes to a question i would like to know. Does time slow down when entering a blackhole.

Depends on where you are looking from.

If YOU are falling in, no, time is the same.

If you are far away watching someone ELSE fall in, yes, it slows down.

Time is a tricky thing when under the effects of high velocity or gravity.

The faster you travel the slower times passes as well as the more streched out you become. This has been confirmed by flying atomic clocks at high speed and comparing it to a ground based one once the jet lands.

would it be possible to escape a black hole? like.. throw a long, long, long rope in, and pull it back out?

No. Not with today technology, maybe not even with future technology. Even if possible time speeds up in a black hole. So they would of died of old age if the gravity didn't kill them.

Is it known what the Normal Time/Black Hole time ratio is? like, theoretically speaking, if someone was able to go in then come out in say.. 30 seconds.. what would hapen?

The earth and everything on it would be crushed down to basic subatomic particles, and maybe even smaller as it fell into the hole.

Eventually it would. But we'd be long since gone by then. When the black hole got within a distance it would literally rip the Earth apart before swallowing it. We would suffer earthquakes, tidal waves and all sorts of fun stuff.
Imagine iron filings in close proximity to a magnet. As the magnet draws nearer it pulls the individual filings towards it.
The black hole would not be grinding down our planet in it's present form of a sphere. It would suck it in piece by piece.

that would suck, but at least we would be long dead before it would happen, so we wouldn't have to fear anything anyway

I think i saw a program on discovery channel
were they had theories about black holes existing in the core of all galaxies.
Are all galaxies formed around black holes?

Could this make any sense?

Yes, it would explain the rotation of the galaxies,
since the black hole is "sucking" everything around it.

They discovered that there's a black hole in the center of our galaxy too, and in a couple of billion years it will "eat" our galaxy.

wait, so in 10000-60000 years that Eta Carinae is estimated to explode, its gonna take out earth too? would the explosion from 7500 light years away really have an impact on us? the one in the 1800's didnt. Or would the supernova wipe us out because of the black hole? any info?
