I believe in the interview, it was stated it may either be actual or symbolic sacrifice. I would conject, however, that the US gov't is aligned with those who act out in oppression. These acts are wide and varied, and have created what you could easily term a "free for all", where the doctrine of law is explicitly violated with no recourse whatsoever for any involved.

Many involved in this fray could, for all intents and purposes, kill at will; indiscriminately. With little being said or done at the local law enforcement level. Who, by the way, seem more than eager to participate.

I'm aware, personally, of an individual who is, for all intents and purposes, a "free-range target". Acting in the interest of self-preservation, the local authorities have come up with a rather colloquial statement: "Pickles", where I know give the acknowledgment of the taking of life.

This is a well-ordered construct, and, frighteningly, seems to have been well incorporated within the main stream of the populace.

What will be interesting, and planning great activity within, is when a crux is reached where the system will buckle. At which time, there will be no sense of control. Only sustained existence.
