You can use your CM card to get bank accounts, and that's ALL you need. Otherwise, you need IDs out the yin yang.

The other goodie is that CM cards are easy to get off the black market. So, you can have 3 or 4 of these cards and scam the welfare system.

No telling how many cards you'd find on 10 illegals crammed into a 1 bedroom apartment. This is legal, btw; but, if you have American guests over, they are only allowed a certain time period to stay.
