I used to be something of a regular on the ATS for a very breif time, but I've been absent for a while. Just thought I would let everyone know I'm back and will hopefully be able to add something to the many interesting topics available for discussion. You may spot me in the Political, Science and New World Order sections, especially.

I have a quick question for who ever may know the answer.
The site looks quite a bit different than when I was visiting it before.
Can some one share with me where I would go to read the rules and get tips, etc. on how to function within the ats?
