Ok, so on the NRO website there is a link describing the no fear act.
This act makes it possible for whistleblowers to come forward with out fear to report un lawful acts commited by the government.
Why does no one take them up on this?

Go ahead little one - take on the NRO under the No FEAR Act. You can think about it later while you are watching reruns of "Enemy of the State" on your prison teley!!!!!
