Found SAT Canadian TV Channel discussing UFO's/MJ-12

At work earlier today, I'm cruising ATS and I see an add for "secret satellite tv" - which is really just a bunch of streams of tv/radio on the internet all put together in a convient program. I use Gogglebox TV - and while cruising channels (btw its real TV, mostly christian/shopping channels) I come across something called "The Stream" under Canada. This guy is giving a lecture about MJ-12 and Stan Friedman.

Has anyone else found anything like this? I think this is really interesting. And for you canadian users out there is this or something similar normal on your typical TV Channels?

Thoughts?

Ive never heard of it. We don't get many UFO shows unless they are old reruns on, one of the Discovery Channels or even on TLC.
