"illegal" technologies

Have you ever thought (considering the government has assertained alien technologies) that the CIA might be using devices not of this world. Think about it, you could be walking around outside in the dessert aimlessly, and the next thing you know a CIA agent beems down out of no where visually, right before he abducts you and erases all such knowledge of the incident.

It would be scary to prove such contraptions exist in our world.
