A Visit, late 1960's

TV and radio reception varies according to atmospheric conditions, the waves can bounce around in the upper atmosphere.
You had somebody looking in the window..at night..so not clear.
No tracks..not a biggie, some people are smart like that.
Then there was a bright light...could have been anything, lightning, fireworks, car headlights..who knows.
Just a load of stuff cobbled together here.
