Music Videos From The 1970s

I figured there should be a 1970s music video thread and hope you don't mind. Feel free to add any music video from any genre as long as it's from the 1970s. Please add only one video to this thread per 24 hours (interesting to see if this works). YouTube or Google Videos can be embedded, while videos from other sites will need to be links instead. You can also use links for YouTube or Google, if you prefer to do that. If some of the videos should later be removed from YouTube or Google, then that's too bad, a shame, tough luck, etc.


For YouTube videos, use the following format to embed:

[yvid]document id[/yvid]

For Google videos, use the following format to embed:

[gvid]document id[/gvid]

Edit to add the following:

Add as many videos as you like per day. No limit. However, please don't post many videos per post. One video per post is prefered, but two or three is ok too if neccessary. Otherwise, please post in separate posts. The reason? Too many videos per page is no good, unless you have a supercomputer and unlimited bandwidth.


Some videos are unfortunately no longer available. I've made Youtube playlists for many of the pages in this thread (I'll make more some day). I'll try to maintain these playlists, and replace eventual missing videos with substitutes when possible. The playlists can be found here.

Yup, I guess I killed this thread right there... I think I actually made that stupid rule to prevent myself from posting too many videos. Forget that rule about one video per member per 24 hours. Post as many as you like as long as they're from the 70's. Now lets see if I'll be the only one posting in this thread. At least I have a 70's thread here now to use, so I don't have to spam other people's threads with these videos I guess I'm old. I was even considering making a 60's thread as well as a 50's thread But I guess you'll need to be at least 100 years old to know any artists from that time...

Theres just something about that song, "Open your eyes.." I have always like that one.
