pk beginner practice

I'm new to pk and am wondering what i should use to practice on?
i have been able to move a dollor bill on my hand. (Bend all the way over)

Keep up the practice, and enjoy yourself. That's one of the most important things to do, have fun with it and you ought to progress nicely. And if you don't, maybe you aren't cut out for PK. Perhaps you'd be better suited to another aspect of Psionics.

Props on the sig Spider, it's pretty funny.

I have had varrying success at the psi wheel, sometimes it moves alot. sometimes a little. BUT I HAVEN'T TOUCHED IT!!!!

Hey void, i've been on BTS mostly.

Update on the psi wheel, today I moved it 360 degrees. of course my hands were around it. I didn't touch it at all, and I can move it in jolts without my hands.

update on the update. i moved it continually for about 10 sec.

amazing, incredible, smooth. of course my hands were around the outside.

maybe when you guys try moving the psi wheel, you should put your hands around it. works for me, just don't touch the darn thing.

I tried it again today, it was sooo cool. First, my hand acted kinda like a magnet, I could control it's direction with my finger.
Coolest part is, I CAUSED THE PSI WHEEL TO JUMP OF THE NEEDLE!!!

and all i needed was my hands near the wheel makes a big difference

today I moved the wheel when i was 8 ft away, it kept changing directions.
any ideas on how to keep it moving in one direction.

Okay... so yesterday I was reading a comic book when I decided "Why not try and move a dollor bill?" so I put the bill on the page and proceded with the moving. but instead of the dollar moving, the page moved.

At first I thought I had bumped it, but then it happend again. i concentrated harder.

I got the page to levitate about 1/4"

Boy does nobody use my post anymore?

well...sticking with the dollar bill I have managed to curve it up into a V shape.
then i flip it so it looks like this _ instead of this V.
then a roll it like this ()
i then place it on the edge of my hand an roll it off.

Not bad for a year of Psi.

I tried a card PK practice thing where you try to get a target card to come up to the top after shuffling....and I got so close like I'd look at the card and it'd be a 2 of diamonds [my target was a three of diamonds], or a 4 of diamonds next to a 3 of spades....so I stopped because I figured I didn't have focus or enough energy to do it. I also did another card practice where you shuffle and take out 5 or 6 cards till you get to the last card which should be your target card and I did that one. There's a 1.7% chance of that happening. I'm amazed.
