Well, that makes it sound like a very weak case for war. I remember reading that the materials were manufactured in Iran. Does that mean the tin can, or the powder, or both were made in Iran?

It's hard to tell what exactly is going on over there and we may never know the truth.

Do you remember the videos of Saddam trying out slingshots in his palace as viable weapons to distribute to the populace? That's what this reminds me of.
