Contacting ET's on purpose?

ive read about Dr. Steven Greers www.cseti.org... and he says that in order to contact them you have to have a group mediation or something? i think that would be cool but according to greer this is how he does it. he is the main man for the project so if i was going to question something this would be it , maybe the ets would rather have spriritual people to talk to, i dunno. anybody else hear about this? hes says that yeah you gotta sign a liability waver before you go also

That's correct.
The CE-5 Protocols includes high powered light, sound and thoughts/consciousness.
I've participated to one of the CSETI training, and it works very well.

i second that. people see ufos all the time but i think that an actually progressive contact would be meeting them unless that has happened ;d

lol he means did you A) talk to an alien or B) did you see a ufo or both? seeing ufos must be in the millions now even though it is pretty spectacular but actually talking to an ET means it works very well

If everybody, walked outside, right now, and DID the CE-5 protocoll.. This forum would have been bombarded with UFO observations.. All this waste of time, where all you answers to the UFO question is solved by finding out the truth for YOURSELF by actually contacting a UFO:
