Played that before. it was fun for a week or two, then it got lame. Amusing, but not something that you want to play for a long time.

Nothing wrong with "lame" as long as it's tedious.

I prefer games where you have to grow food and stuff. Multi-task. Run airlines. Crap like that.

The Rogue Nation of Ranting Malcontents is a tiny, pleasant nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 5 million are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The medium-sized government devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 12%. A healthy private sector is led by the Retail, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Woodchip Exports industries.

Crime is a problem. Ranting Malcontents's national animal is the Tick and its currency is Blood.

For those interested the old ATS region is still there. The Above Top Secret Land, you'll need to U2U Cassini for the password. Down to I think 5 of us, UP got deleted and over the summer we got invaded. Almost a year since we started it.

KKing its not an actaul war or an RP. A group of nations in the UN would go to a region become delegate and take it over, usally kicking people out who oppose them in control. Its harder now since they allowed reigons to have "founders' and the founders can ban the UN delegates from acsessing regional control (setting a password,and banning people). We got invaded by some 12 year old Nazi and his buddy. UP got them out. Were down to about 5 guys I think.

It's really good until you start getting the same problems things over and over again. It is a great site though, if it was funded and developed further it could be great.

The United States of Spellmania is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its burgeoning worm population. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 5 million love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

The enormous, corrupt government concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Healthcare and Social Welfare are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 37%, but much higher for the wealthy. A tiny private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.

Crime is relatively low, thanks to a well-funded police force. Spellmania's national animal is the worm, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the money.
