Bilk Does a Body Good!

Here's the latest from Japan. A local liquor store owner turns spoiled milk into beer creating Bilk (Beer and Milk).

After seeing milk consumption decrease and wasting tons of milk, the shop owner decided to do something about it. The formula is about 30% milk and contains Hops. Aside from the milky scent, it tastes just like regular beer.
