FCC Unconstitutional Taxation

I am a firm believer that the FCC is unconstitutionally taxing citizens for mobile phone usage. The air is free, and the frequency used to be free. It seems as though the government is now wanting to have a specific tax for the "war on terror". Does anyone else believe that the FCC taxes are unconstitutional?

Textyes their whole entity is unconstitutional. How can "WE THE PEOPLE" the sovereign get permission from "The GOV" our servants to do things we know we can do already...just think about it does a master get permission from a slave to do something? hell no so why do we?
