UFO knowledge hiearchy

curious about who probably is in charge and has the most knowledge etc. my guess is it probably goes something like this from top to bottom.

-satellite govt. senior officials (30 or 40 people who know + have everything)

-satellite govt. special agents (men in black, selective air force + army people)

-Pre-Screened top air force officials who wont say anything, also in charge of recon ET crafts

-Military personnel on special projects (only are told about specific projects)

-NASA, CIA, FBI, who have only minor and usually visual data

-Scientists, Researchers who analyze and get visual data + witnesses testimony from people

-Public (intimidated, controlled with disinformation, ridiculed, kept in dark)
