This is really cool footage of an apparent meteor that was only the size of a beer can! bet the ozzys pooped themselfes real good that night

They say meteor....because that is the natural response.

Some of the photo people should have a go at the pictures to see if they can find any other info.

Cool video reminds me of the old war of the worlds.

So if tripods suddenly appear in OZ run....seriously cool vid of a meteor.

I remember in 1992, I was driving home from work late one evening when I saw something very similar to the meteor in the vid streaking Northward (I live in Pennsylvania). It was visible to me for a few seconds while it traveled through my field of view from the top of my windshield until it dissapeared over the horizon in front of me. I'm an astonomy buff, so I knew exactly what It I just witnessed -- a meteor.

The cool part about this story was later that night, my brother who lives in Maryland (who is also an amateur astronomer of sorts) called me to tell me the largest meteor he ever saw streaked across his sky earlier that evening. We both saw the same meteor, even though we live 200 miles from each other...what are the odds!

A couple of days later there was a TV report about a woman in New York Stae whose car got hit by a meteorite a few nights earlier...probably the same one my brother and I saw!
